  12. My 3000/25 mhz 4mb/1mb was nearly dead. thanx 2 my reanimation it seems 2 work
  13. ok now:) But what happened: Normally i softboot 3.1 and it works ok for about
  14. 6 months. A couple a days ago my 3000 crashed. and it crashed really hard.
  15. When kickstatr was loaded in (fast???) memory the power led flashed and all it
  16. could to try and reboot , try and reboot, try and ..... Quarterback 6 said
  17. something about "bitmap could not be loaded" when i tried to chkc my system3.0

  20. So i screwed open my 3000 (hell of a job!) and took out my fast ram. problems
  21. seemed to be solved, but i colud not softboot anymore 'cause i had no fast
  22. ram!

  24. Now, i booted os 2.04 clicked on nofastmem, did some testing -> OK! turned
  25. fast ram back on -> ok, huh? i don't get and now i back!

  27. Q: does any1 knows the problem, could it be my fast ram??? or is it something
  28. else? i did see guru a lot of times with 80000000x (x=1, 5, B, F) and address
  29. 07Cxxxxxx. that's fast ram isn't it??
